SOLL registers a 90% subscription in 1st month

Official Supporters of Leopards have snapped up 900 out of the initial 1,000 floated shares of the Supporters of Leopards Limited (SOLL), registering an impressive 90% subcription only two months after the offer was announced to members. Going for Kshs 100 per share, the private placement has been a major success with the board of directors of the independent limited liability company resolving to offer additional 4,000 shares in the next one month to satisfy the huge demand from investment hungry diehard supporters of Leopards. Incorporated two months ago, SOLL provides a collective investment opportunity for like minded supporters of Leopards to save and invest in viable ventures in Western Kenya-the bedrock of AFC Leopards, and by extension other regions in Kenya and beyond. The company, totally independent from the management and ownership of AFC Leopards Sports Club, also habours ambitions to invest in the club as a mid term objective, but only when the structure of the club will have changed to a corporate entity.
