AFC registers first official shareholders

A total of twelve AFC supporters joined the subscription membership program (SMP) in the initial month of September after six more members met the deadline. The latest members are Charles Bukeko, Maurice Amahwa, Duncan Angode, Joseph Masika, Hussein Babu and Richard Ekhalie. Whereas the rest paid the minimum Kshs 1,000 each, Amahwa and Ekhalie paid Kshs 2,000 each elevating them into joint highest subscribing members during the month of September.By entering into the monthly subscription program, the twelve members are now bonafide shareholders of the club and will be elligible to get share allotments equivalent to their contributions when the club tranforms into a corporate entity come next year.If share price will be fixed at Kshs 100 each for instance, the Kshs 1000 contributors will bag 10 shares each so far with the Kshs 2000 contributor taking home 20 shares each.
